1. About The Snowball

The Snowball is an independent ServiceNow tutorial and resource site operated at thesnowball.co. We publish educational content for ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects. We also publish the Sourdough Chrome Extension, a productivity tool for ServiceNow professionals.

All articles, guides, and content on The Snowball are for educational purposes. You are welcome to:

• Read, reference, and share links to our content.
• Use code examples from our tutorials in your own ServiceNow projects.

You may not:

• Reproduce or republish our articles in full without written permission.

3. Sourdough Chrome Extension

The Sourdough Chrome Extension is free to install and includes a free tier. Pro costs $5/month after a 14-day no-card trial. Pro requires the ServiceNow admin role. Install the extension first, then upgrade inside it through ExtensionPay.

The extension is provided as-is. By installing it, you agree that:

• You use the extension at your own discretion within your ServiceNow environment. Always follow your organization's policies regarding browser extensions.
• We are not responsible for any unintended interactions between the extension and your ServiceNow instance or data.
• We may update or discontinue the extension at any time without notice.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date. However, ServiceNow is a rapidly evolving platform. Tutorials may reference features or UI elements that have changed in newer releases. Always verify behavior in your own environment. We are not liable for any issues arising from following our guides.
