What is HI in ServiceNow?
HI stands for Hosted ITIL.
Many people have highly contested this question, with a lot of people supporting the idea that it stands for Hosted Instance.
Having worked at ServiceNow, the known terminology for the HI Platform was Hosted ITIL.
What is HI?
HI is/was ServiceNow’s Customer Support portal.
If you’re a ServiceNow customer, you have access to 24/7 support with ServiceNow.
You first have to log into the ServiceNow Now Support Portal, and submit an incident. Based on the priority of the incident, ServiceNow will be in touch with you in an appropriate amount of time, per their SLA agreement.
HI Is Now, Now Support
HI is no longer a thing, from a branding perspective.
Sometime in late 2021 or early 2022 – ServiceNow HI was replaced by ServiceNow, Now Support.
