This is the single best event to attend annually, for everything ServiceNow.
Local User Groups are great, but nothing tops Knowledge.
The ServiceNow Knowledge conference is an annual event hosted by ServiceNow, a leading provider of cloud-based software for IT service management. The conference is attended by IT professionals, business leaders, and ServiceNow customers from around the world.
The event provides an opportunity for attendees to learn about ServiceNow’s latest products and features, network with other ServiceNow users, and hear from industry experts on best practices and innovative solutions. The conference features a variety of keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, and break-out sessions, as well as opportunities to attend networking events and connect with ServiceNow partners and vendors.
The ServiceNow Knowledge conference provides a forum for attendees to share their experiences, exchange ideas, and learn how to better leverage the ServiceNow platform to improve their IT operations and achieve their business goals.
The keynotes from the Senior Leadership Team and CEO of ServiceNow are always a huge standout for me.
If you’re a ServiceNow customer/partner, you can volunteer to run sessions on something interesting you’ve done this year in ServiceNow.
It’s also a phenomenal networking opportunity if you’re looking for a change in roles and companies.

Knowledge is being held on on May 14-18, 2023, in Las Vegas.
Most Knowledge conferences are held in Las Vegas.
Over the past 10 years, I can think of one Knowledge that was held in San Francisco, CA and another one in Orlando, FL.
